Refund Policy

At Early Childhood Music Specialists, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying courses, digital downloads, or physical books.


1. Digital Products & Online Courses

  • All sales of digital products and online courses are final once access has been granted.

  • Because digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are not normally offered.

  • Exceptions may be considered in cases of:

    • Duplicate purchases made in error

    • Technical issues that prevent access to course content (and cannot be resolved by our support team)

  • If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [insert email address].


2. Physical Books & Resources

  • We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective book or resource, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Refunds
